A small craft spirits company, Corsair Artisan makes very small batches of spirits - just a few cases at a time - in their pot stills. Everything is done by hand, from production to bottling. Currently they produce a Gin-Head Style Gin, Vanilla Bean Vodka, Red Absinthe and Spiced Rum.
